Tensoit respects your privacy. This statement explains what personal data this website processes and why.
Contact form
When you send a message through the contact form we receive your name, company (if given), email address and your message. We use these details only to answer your message and to follow up on your enquiry. The legal basis is your request to be contacted.
We keep your message for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any collaboration that follows from it, and delete it when that is no longer the case.
Cookies
To stop abuse of the form we keep a one-way coded version of your IP address for one hour. It cannot be turned back into your address and is then deleted.
This website uses no tracking or analytics cookies. After you send the contact form a single functional session cookie is set, so we can show you the result and prevent repeated submissions. It is removed when you close your browser.
Third parties
We do not sell your details. The website is hosted by our hosting provider within the European Union. Messages from the contact form are delivered to our inbox through our email delivery provider SMTP2GO. Both process data only on our behalf.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time. Email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
